How to Order

Orders may be placed over the phone or by completing our online order form which may be faxed or mailed to us.

Payment: We accept personal checks, money orders, and Mastercard/VISA.

Shipping: We strive to ship orders within one week of receipt.  Orders will arrive by US Postal Service or UPS Ground.
